OVERVIEW
DELIVERABLES
Cancer survivors at JCICC (HKU Med) needed a way to complete clinical symptom self-assessments online. The service runs across three departments — nurse, exercise specialist, counsellor — and no one had mapped how a patient moves between them, so I worked the flow out with the team through several review rounds before designing around 80 screens. One question per step, adjustable font sizes for older patients, validated assessment tools kept clinically intact. Delivered with a Traditional Chinese / English design system and handed off for development.
