A wearable ECG patch service by Vitome, where patients record ECG at home, clinic staff upload the data, and doctors review AI-analysed results on a portal. As product manager and designer, I mapped the service across all three touchpoints, wrote the requirements — recording modes, conflict rules, device pairing — and kept the hardware, software, AI and backend teams moving on one plan. Live in clinics and used in a clinical trial in Hong Kong hospitals.
